Tesha Parr Solomon, of Parr Cellars and Parr Vineyards, coordinated the petition and wrote it. Dan McLaughlin wrote the boundary narrative, drew the boundary, and did all the spatial work for the GIS layers.

form keeps.
The vineyard form on The vineyards posts a vineyard’s name, county, acres, varieties, year and blocks (or the place of a dropped pin) publicly, on GitHub; a suggested change to a listed vineyard also posts the sender’s short note on what has changed. The sender’s name, phone and email go to a private table that only the petitioners read, and are deleted a year after the submission is closed. The form uses Esri’s maps and search, and Supabase.
